品牌簡介
Introduction

2007年,鹹花生在師大商圈誕生。

喜愛咆勃爵士經典名曲 Salt Peanuts,兩位藝術家/廚師/音樂人的店主人,結合飲食/藝術/東方/西方,創造屬於自己的鹹花生風味。

從一杯公平貿易咖啡、一份小農早午餐到親手烘培的糕點,從飲食這件很小、很美的事開始,讓真食物、好生活擴散至城市中。

Salt Peanuts Café has been pursuing environmentally friendly food experiences since 2007. Named after the classic bebop, two artists/chef & musician/co-founders share their passion from a small, good thing like a cup of fairtrade coffee, brunch with fresh produce from local farmers and handmade bakery as well as the spot of culture clubs as a café in the city.

The drive behind Peacock Bistro and Salt Peanuts Café. WildGo: The way we propose; the places we go wild!

L.S.D. (Live Sustainable Development) is our declaration for the sustainable development practices in everyday life. Peacock Bistro is our L.S.D. locale/playground from ingredients, utensils to interior design for conscious dining experiences rooted from Taiwan, our mother land.
